Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos are included for the interior/exterior?
All packages include at least 25 images OR at least an image of each room, as well as photos of property amenities. (We always do multiple images of the main rooms).
When will you deliver the photos?
For private residences, you can expect same-day delivery, unless the property is shot in the late afternoon or at sunset. For commercial spaces, the scope of the project determines the timeline.
How are the photos delivered?
The photos are delivered by e-mail in an online gallery that will remain active for two weeks.
Can you swap out the sky in photos?
Yes. If the sky is overcast on the day of the shoot, the exterior photos of the property will be swapped out for blue skies for no additional cost. However, no sky views from the interior rooms will be swapped out. It’s best to schedule the photoshoot when the weather isn’t overcast, especially if there are ocean views
